Cancellation & Refund Policy

·   There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made.

·   If we receive a wrong order such as  Govt. Department Stamps, School/College Stamps, Banks/
Financial Institutions Stamps, Other Countries & Duplicate Stamps, then we will cancel the order and refund the amount by deducting the payment gateway and handling charges (approx 3-5%).

·   If you want to cancel your order for any other reason, You can get in touch with our team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel the order and refund your amount.

·   We will deduct the payment gateway and handling charges (approx 3-5%).

·   No cancellation once the product is shipped.
